As our transactions are business-to-business we may also ask for information about your business, including company registration and VAT numbers. 
Credit/debit card information we collect is only held as long as is necessary to complete the transaction.  Goods will normally be shipped within 2 working days of processing your credit card information.  We do not store credit card information.  If we do not have sufficient stock to complete the transaction we may ask you to provide credit card information again.

We do not accept recurring orders via credit card nor do we store your credit card details for future orders.  We will pass your credit card details to our card processing company as required to process the transaction.  We use only credible, internationally recognised card processing companies.

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to gain access to resticted parts of the site (such as technical documentation) as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website - we do not offer external advertising and do not publish any such information to any third party.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
